A small, intimate offering for just six people, these evenings are designed as a deeply restorative experience — a nervous system reset combining ceremonial cacao, immersive sound healing, hypnotic visualisation, and carefully curated sensory elements to support a deep sense of internal safety and stillness.

 

Held in a private home setting, each session offers a calm, contained space to fully slow down, settle, and soothe the body and mind.

 

The evening concludes with herbal tea and unhurried time to gently reintegrate before heading home for a restful night.
